Shipping policy
U.S. Shipping:
Free Shipping only on all U.S. orders totaling over $75. This does not include APO/FPO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other US Territories. All U.S. Orders totaling less than $75, a flat rate of $8.95 is applied at checkout.
WWW.GRACEOFMELANIN.COM ships to all 50 U.S States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and US Territories.
For APO/FPO/DPO orders, there will be additional 10 days on top of the regular domestic delivery time.

All orders in the U.S are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex and are trackable. WWW.GRACEOFMELANIN.COM will determine the best shipping carrier for you, depending on your order and shipping location.
WWW.GRACEOFMELANIN.COM is not responsible for shipping delays.

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, order processing begins. Order processing times are counted in business days (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays) and may take 1 to 3 business days. Orders shipped via STANDARD shipping will be shipped via the USPS, UPS or Fedex (carrier chosen at our discretion). You will receive an order confirmation email and once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check your SPAM folder if you haven't received).
**If you select EXPEDITED Shipping, please keep in mind order processing is still 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays). When using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time.
*If there is missing order info or an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email requesting this info. Please respond asap. These delay(s) will prolong order processing or the entire order may be canceled upon Grace of Melanin's discretion.
For security purposes we are unable to change or update the delivery address once the order is confirmed. The order will need to be canceled and re-done by the customer with the new address info provided.
If your order is damaged, lost during transit or lost after delivery (tracking says DELIVERED), please contact the appropriate shipping provider to start an investigation immediately. WWW.GRACEOFMELANIN.COM/ Siomar Enterprises is not responsible for replacing or refunding: damaged, lost or stolen packages.
We cannot re-ship or refund orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable.
Non-delivery claims that are brought to Grace of Melanin will be thoroughly investigated. If proof is supplied from carrier that order(s) was actually delivered and/or accepted by customer, this will result in reporting to the appropriate channels, account suspension and banning from www.graceofmelanin.com. Please be honest.
