What is our Return/Refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Here at Grace of Melanin, we take pride in our products and do extensive quality checks to ensure excellent standards prior to mailing your order. If your order is damaged, lost during transit or lost after delivery (tracking says DELIVERED), please contact the appropriate shipping provider to start an investigation immediately. We cannot re-ship or refund orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable.

Non-delivery claims that are brought to Grace of Melanin will be thoroughly investigated. If proof is supplied from carrier that order(s) was actually delivered and/or accepted by customer, this will result in reporting to the appropriate channels, account suspension and banning from www.graceofmelanin.com. Please be honest.
