Golden Milk Time!☀️
Cooler temperatures are finally here and you know what that means...cooler nights. Try my #goldenmilk recipe, it is so #wholesome for the body and wellness. Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened milk (use any milk of your choice)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 stick
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Pinch of ground black pepper
Sweeten to taste, use your choice of sweetener or none at all.
Directions:
1. Simmer milk and spices (don't boil) in a small saucepan on medium heat, while stirring frequently.
Cook for 6 minutes.
2. Drain and serve warm.
3. Add in sweetener of choice (optional)
